2257 Statement

1v1-video.chat consists of written text and drawings; nothing on it is filmed. The site never shoots, commissions, uploads or keeps explicit sexual footage or photographs of any person, whether the acts are real or staged. For that reason it is not a producer, in either sense, within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. 2257, § 2257A or the record-keeping rules in 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Where the Start button leads

Start opens an independent cam provider in a new tab. Its video streams run over its own systems, and not a single frame of them crosses or rests on our hosting. Whoever wants to ask about age documentation for that service should address its operator, which carries those duties itself.

Only for adults

Before the guide opens, each visitor is asked to confirm an age of 18 or more. Should you ever suspect that a minor appears anywhere this site links to, report it straight away: in the United States to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678), and on the provider’s site through its own report function.
