Privacy Policy
Outlook in one line: no analytics, no ad tags, no tracking cookies and no accounts. The details follow point by point.
1. Delivery of the pages
Cloudflare Pages hands the pages to your browser. For that job, and to block attacks, Cloudflare handles connection details such as your IP address, the moment of the request, the page asked for and the kind of browser. From the connection it also derives a country and, inside the United States, a state. We use that single reading for two switches only: showing a short age-check notice where such laws exist, and refusing access in regions this guide is not offered in. No profiles are built and nothing is merged with other sources.
2. Your reply to the age check
Confirming your age writes one entry into your browser’s local storage. Name: v1v.forecast. Purpose: a note that this browser has already answered the age question, so the age strip does not appear on every page and Start stays open. Content: the word “clear” and the time of the click. Lifetime: 30 days, then the entry is removed by the page and the age question returns. It never travels to us, and deleting the site data for 1v1-video.chat in your browser removes it sooner. No cookies are set.
3. Where the Start button leads
This site embeds no chat and loads no code from other companies. Start and the other partner buttons open the pages of a third party, Stripchat, in a new tab. From that moment Stripchat’s own terms and privacy policy apply, including anything about accounts, payments, camera and microphone. Nothing from that site reaches us.
4. Partner codes in links
Each Start button first calls this site’s own address /start, and our server then forwards you to the partner link of an affiliate network. That link carries three plain labels: the name of this site twice and a single device tag (desktop, iphone or android), which the server reads from the browser line your device sends anyway. They are the basis for any commission and describe the site, not the visitor. What happens on the provider’s pages after the click falls under the provider’s rules.
5. Messages sent through the form
A message you send with the contact form leaves us with three things: its topic, its text and, optionally, an address for the reply. They rest for twelve months at most in storage that belongs to this site’s hosting plan, are read only by us and serve no purpose other than an answer. We do not sell them, hand them on or put anyone on a mailing list.
6. What you can ask of us
Data protection laws such as the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA/CPRA in California may give you a right to a copy of your data, to corrections, to deletion and to object. Since almost nothing is stored here, such requests nearly always concern a message you sent. Pick “Privacy request” in the contact form; a reply follows inside 30 days and never later than 45.
7. Changes to this policy
Whenever this text is revised, the date at the bottom moves too.
